dear visitors of the art institute of chicago,this painting was not meant to be the back drop for all of your group photos. if you plan on standing in front of it, please put some effort into turning 180 degrees, and at least looking at the painting at some point. i am sorry for all of you who had to wait to take your photos while i enjoyed this beautiful gustave caillebotte work.
